Philosophy
I fully support the one mother one midwife campaign. In an ideal world, every expectant mother would have her own midwife to cre for her throughout pregnancy, birth and the antenatal period. This is possible through independent midwifery, but this option is not always possible in some budgets.
Empowering women and couples through education so they are confident in making the best informed decisions about their birth experience and beyond.
Empowerment through education helps decrease your fears and enables you to relax with affirmation you are doing the right thing for you and your baby.
Only you know what is best for you, yet you can only know that once you have collected all the information and from that make your decisions.
Unfortunately maternity services in the UK are often under staffed and one to one care is not always a possibility. Our aim is to be able to provide you with a service that gives continuity of opinion and answers to any question that is sent will be answered with care, time and evidence based.
